I've received many love confessions 😂
For the past few months, I have been grilling wild boar and venison from Gona (Higashi Kagawa) several times.
It has a unique aroma and texture, and a very strong flavor.
Season simply with salt and pepper

I'll come up with an interesting plan this time too.
I am simply impressed.
For him, this was the first step towards becoming independent in the future, so he made steady preparations over several months, finding time in his busy schedule.
He works full-time at Miyamoto Deli, and in his spare time he also works at a fishmonger and a natural wine bar while studying, and every night he wraps dumplings like a zombie... Wow... that's amazing, but it looks tough 😂 I watch and think, wow, he's really doing it.
They even made the gyoza skins by hand, and received large quantities of Chinese cabbage and other ingredients from farmers they had connections with.They fermented these and tried adding local fish to the filling, and there was a lot of interesting trial and error going on every day.
There were many times when I was shocked at how stupid they were, but there were also many times when I thought they were amazing.

![End the day with hot sake, natural wine, and soba noodles
It's the season for new soba noodles.
This is a bit of short notice, but on Sunday, October 26th, we will be inviting Esora, a soba restaurant in Onomichi, to prepare soba appetizers and soba noodles for us!

Since I had the chance, I decided to try some soba soup and some soba noodles.
It is a collaboration with Miyamoto Deli.
On this day, the owner will be welcoming everyone as the sake warmer.
Under the pleasant autumn sky,
Enjoy a light drink of hot sake and natural wine.
