    ●On Wednesday, September 10th, we will be taking reservations only for lunch and will be closed in the evening.Sorry for the sudden notice.

    ●9/18 (Thu) Hibiki-kun's mini pop-up

    In the evening, Hibiki will be working alone, practicing how to make homemade sausages and preparing stir-fried dishes in the wok he bought with the rewards from the last pop-up.

    ●Opening hours on the Autumnal Equinox, September 23rd (Tue) are 3pm-8pm

    ●Wednesday, October 1st is Sake Day, and various events will be held all over the country, but our store will be open quietly.
    As we approach the season when warmed sake becomes even more delicious, Yuki-chan and the owner have decided to hold a lecture on how to warm sake on this day.We would love to welcome anyone new to hot sake or sake.Would you like to warm up some sake at home? We will let you know as soon as the details are decided.

    It's an annual event that we all love.

    Today
    I was playing with red rays in the Seto Inland Sea.
    In between sales, I worked on prototyping and preparing for the event at the end of the month.
    We are making progress little by little.

    This event is not about expensive ingredients or easy-to-use ingredients imported from other regions,
    Local things that happen to be available at the time
    Simple, natural, and Sanuki-style things
    Using Kumezakura sake, koji and sake lees
    Cook as simply as possible
    So that we can deliver it to everyone...
    I try to keep this in mind.

    The ingredients available change daily.
    And the condition of those ingredients varies from day to day,
    It's changing
    I want to cherish those fluctuations,
    Even as we repeatedly made prototypes, we were constantly at their mercy.
    The menu was starting to take shape.
    As expected... it seems like it won't be decided until the last minute 😂

    An event hosted by Kumezakura's master brewer, Miwa
    Minshoku Catharsis Tour in Takamatsu

    The first session is fully booked
    Part 2 is available for participation without reservation.

    Hours: 17:00-20:00 (free entry and exit)
    Capacity: None
    Participation fee: 3,500 yen (tax included)
    Includes 3 tickets for drinks (Kumezakura) and food (Minshoku)
    This includes a tip to Master Brewer Miwa.

    After this, we will be selling tickets for additional food and drink at the reception desk.

    We have a wide variety of Kumezakura available, including back vintages, so we have something for everyone who wants to try a little bit of everything.
    We hope to have Kumezakura all-you-can-drink tickets available on the day.

    The restaurant is a standing bar with terrace seating available.
    Enjoy a casual conversation with the master brewer, Miwa, and small dishes and Kumezakura sake.
    It is an open space where you can enjoy the leisurely flow of time.

    It's a rare opportunity to meet the creators directly.

    After a whirlwind week

    Hibiki-kun's first pop-up was a huge success, far exceeding expectations.
    Since I was working alone, it was difficult to get the shop running, but it seems that kind customers who wanted to support Hibiki all gathered at Miyamoto Deli, and many people told me, "It was fun" and "It was delicious" 😭 I am truly grateful.Thank you everyone.

    At the special Yosakoi stall in Kochi, people were able to watch the dancing, eat, drink, play with the children, and meet and reunite with many customers from across the prefecture.
    It was a precious moment, almost like a club training camp, where I was able to listen to Hinata, Ururu, and Kochi Brewery talk at my leisure.

    Thank you very much to everyone who was involved this time, the customers who came from far away, and everyone at Yoitambo in Kochi.

    Thanks to you all, our business over the Obon holidays was a complete mess, and all the staff were exhausted. The owner yawned so much that his jaw nearly dropped, but he slept soundly yesterday, ate the first saury of the season, and is feeling much better now.

    While preparing for the event with Kume Sakura at the end of the month,
    This week, we will continue to value our daily business and work carefully.
